Or better yet, you can just turn your pain down and put it back in the same place to bring out the real pain.

Increase your energy:

The pain can be devastating and can rob us of strength. But we can overcome this by doing some


simple mental tests. Bring them to a place of complete rest and focus on breathing. Think of a golden ball of light around your body. With the help of the above tips, you can help yourself to overcome your pain. But remember, they are not hypnosis or NLP methods.
